Refund policy
At Udder Glow, we carefully craft our tallow-based skincare products with high-quality ingredients. Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we want every customer to be happy with their purchase, so if you experience any issues, we’ll do our best to make it right.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 7 days of receiving it, including a photo of the damaged item. We’ll assess the situation and offer either a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Note: Some products, like body butters and balms, may melt in transit, especially during the summer. This is a normal reaction to temperature changes and does not indicate damage. Simply place the product in the refrigerator or at room temperature to help it solidify again—this won’t affect its quality or effectiveness.
